Your serial components or one-off parts are carefully assessed by qualified personnel for the task, who check compliance with the required parameters in our advanced Zeiss industrial metrology laboratory, which we have relied on since 2010 to ensure precision, speed, and high quality.
By using state-of-the-art machinery such as coordinate measuring machines, optical systems, multi-sensors, and metrology software, we are able to minimize the margin of error and ensure reliable and repeatable results.

How do you guarantee product quality?
Through random and 100% dimensional checks following our internal procedures, complete production traceability and certified instruments, including the air-conditioned metrology room.
What instruments do you use for dimensional control?
We use CMM measuring machines, digital calipers and micrometers, profilometers, roughness testers, optical projectors and calibrated manual measuring instruments.
