CMS Meccanica Tonon is a company with over 40 years of experience in the manufacture of metal components, from aluminium to steel, from special alloys to copper and technical plastics. Over the years, our offering has grown along with our expertise, allowing us to achieve a non-compliance rate of less than 0.02%, a result of excellence except for the inevitable uncontrollable statistical deviations.
We are able to perform dozens of processes, guaranteeing the highest quality standards in grinding, milling and turning thanks to new-generation CNC machinery and advanced management software, operated by highly qualified personnel.

What types of mechanical machining do you perform?
We perform milling, turning, grinding, wire and die-sinking EDM, machining of special materials, and simple and complex assemblies.
Are you able to work with special materials or complex alloys?
Yes, we regularly work with high-performance materials such as titanium, Inconel, hardened steels, aeronautical aluminium and others.
Do you have a clean room?
Yes, we have an ISO 7 clean room and an ultrasonic washing system, ideal for high-precision components and critical sectors such as medical and aerospace.
What are the maximum workable dimensions?
We are able to mill parts up to 3000 mm in length, 800 mm in width, and 800 mm in height, with tolerances down to the micron. For lathe machining, we can handle diameters up to 450 mm, while for CNC lathes we can handle diameters up to 70 mm with automatic bar loading. Wire erosion up to 650 mm.
