If our mechanical components are made of various parts, our company offers a professional assembling service in order to deliver a final product ready to use.

Mechanical components assembling
A team of specialized workers takes care of the assembling, supported by modern machinery that ensures precision and rapidity of execution: we are able to work on a series of medium dimensions until about 30.000 pieces.
The assembled components are then subjected to a rigid quality control where their functionality is certified by our staff before being sent to the warehouse.
CNC technology
We print logos, codes, graphics...
Among the services offered by CMS Meccanica Tonon, we also offer the assembly of components and mechanical parts of our production, conforming to requirements; all this is offered to companies throughout Italy and also by those based outside the national borders.
This process is carried out by a CNC laser printer that works on the surface of the product, printing writings and numbers permanently.
